Fall cleanup!

Sierra discovered the joys of pruning. She would put her whole body into and not quit until the cut was made!
By about 4pm she had been working all day and was dragging so we made her comfortable and I am sure without interuption she woud have slept.

Sierra is an amazing worker...seriously! But the reward was worth it. Her own leaf pile!
By 2 pm we were joined by the tennis players Jon and Andy.
 
 
 

My new toy...I mean tool!

Our yard is quite large. And I am responsible for it! The is the part between the house and the garage. My new toy...I mean tool is a leaf blower! (You can just see it on the hot tub..no the hot tub does not work right now) I love it! Even Sierra used is for quite a bit. Its light and electric. Always hated those pull things! We had worked for 4 hours by the time we started burning clippings etc and we were HUNGRY!
 
 

BACK TO SCHOOL!

Yep after 42 years I just got my 'school picture'. It's just as funny looking as it used to be! Well anyway, here is the classroom I work in. The head teacher is GREAT! And the assistant (who is also teacher is amazing as well. I am learning SO much. The kids are completely enjoyable and I am learning from them! I enjoy my job immensely not to mention a real paycheck that is divided up over the whole year so it seems like I am getting paid even when I am not working. (Whew, talk about a run on sentence!)

 
 

Thanksgiving James Style

An amazing hostess Amanda with her sidekick Ocean decorated and fixed (with the aide of side dishes brought in) an amazing Turkey dinner. We all had seats and special nametags. Evidenly the football game was a tie!
