Thank you Amy...

The following blogs relate to Amy and her more than 3 year battle to protect others.
I'm proud of you Amy. If your parents had been brighter way back when, this would not have been your battle but ours. You have helped us 'smarten up'. God's heart is furious and grieved against injustice of all kinds...but especially when it involves children. There is a final 'court' coming and there will be nothing hidden there! AMEN!

Thank you, momma. You'll be pleased to know I am sleeping a little better these nights. Venting to the paper (although I didn't hear from the Chronicle so I don't think they printed anything ... just the gazette) has been good for me. I hope you do send your letter(s) in.

About you guys not being on the ball back then (or however you put it) ... I am thrilled to be able to say that now you two are experts in coming along side a victim of sexual abuse in support and encouragement and doing all you can to fight the fight with them. I am a much stronger, healthier survivor due to your growth and encouragement. It means the world to me that you came to all the court proceedings (at great cost to yourselves financially and emotionally) 'specially when you showed up in T Bay in August only to find out the hearing had been post-poned.

Anyways I am so proud of you and dad for taking all that life has thrown at you and facing it head on in truth. You have allowed God to use you to shine a light in the dark corners exposing and crippling the work satan was doing there.

I love you!
your Amy
